Jasmine Maddock
Surrealist artist Jasmine Beautyfairy, also a member of the Stuckist movement, is a celebrated full member of the Design and Copyright Society (DACS). Described as a genius and the most gifted artist by Charles Moffat of the Lilith Gallery Canada, Jasmine's work has been featured in numerous exhibitions.
Recent exhibitions include the Torrance Art Museum California and the Garboushian Gallery Beverly Hills, where Jasmine was a featured artist in "Polemically Small," curated by Edward Lucie Smith. The artist has collaborated with the Stuckist movement in six exhibitions, including "Stuckism on Surrealism," which she curated and organized as part of the Liverpool Biennial.
Jasmine's unique artistic style incorporates a variety of unusual materials and subjects, such as makeup, acrylics mixed with perfume, and self-portraits featuring the actress Hedy Lamarr. Her work has been praised for its visionary, surrealist, and ethereal qualities.
Jasmine is an active member of the Stuckist movement and has a particular fondness for the 1930s, Persian cats, vintage clothing, and music. Her influences include fairies, isolation, and the band Elegant Machinery.
