The depth and substance of the work are often more influenced by the viewer's imagination than perhaps by the artist's skill.
One might question the value of discussing the art I create. In the present day, it seems that every film comes with excessive hype, every gallery visit includes unsolicited opinions on what to think, and hearing a band before they are labeled "legends" is increasingly rare. Thus, in the face of this constant chatter, I prefer to remain silent on the content and function of my work. I believe it is a sound philosophical stance to maintain a largely quiet disposition regarding my art, allowing the viewer to decipher its meaning.
